Identify environmental issues and sensitive areas, Environmental Analysis, assess the environmental impacts, proposed subprojects, categorize the impacts, and advise necessary documents to be prepared. Combining strip table environmental and social, preparing of public consultation and detail survey for 3 bridges replacing and national park.

> Social
Prepare Land Acquisition and Resettlement Assessment, Social Economy Survey, Land Acquisition and Resettlement Assessment, prepare LAR plan. Complicated of land acquisition, resettlement plan, and Social surveys.

> Economics
Prepare Inter-urban Road Management Systems (IRMS), validity of EIRR Poverty and Social Analysis (PSA), complementary physical/non-physical interventions using IRMS.
